Below is a breakdown of our current dues structure to help you find the right fit.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
CORPORATE ASSESSMENT FEE
Per Company, Based on Portfolio Size
- Over 1 Million Sq. Ft.: $2,140
- 500k - 999,999 Sq. Ft.: $1,870
- 250k - 499,999 Sq. Ft.: $1,280
- 100k - 249,999 Sq. Ft.: $1,010
- Less than 100k Sq. Ft.: $800
COMMERCIAL BUILDING MEMBER DUES
Office, Medical, Retail, and Mixed-Use
- Square Feet of Building x $0.00428 (Minimum of $800)
OTHER CATEGORY MEMBER DUES
Per Individual Member
- Facility, Non-Profit, or Hospital: $800
- Industrial: $480
- Government: $800
ALLIED PROFESSIONAL MEMBER DUES
- Principal Allied Member: $2,140
- 2nd Additional Allied Member: $1,280
- 3rd Additional Allied Member: $1,035
- 4th Additional Allied Member: $825
