Important Update: New Credit Card Processing Fee Beginning Nov. 1

Thank you for your continued support of Houston BOMA, whether as a member, event attendee, sponsor, or partner. We are writing to let you know about an upcoming change to how we process payments.

Beginning November 1, 2026, Houston BOMA will apply a 3.5% processing fee to all payments made by credit card. This fee helps offset the rising transaction costs charged by card processors and allows us to keep investing in the programs, advocacy, and resources that support Houston's commercial real estate industry.

You can avoid this fee entirely by choosing one of our no-cost payment options:

• ACH (Bank Transfer): Save your ACH payment information in your Houston BOMA account to use for future event registrations and invoices. Log in to your Member Compass, navigate to Payment, click the Add New Payment Method button, then select ACH and enter the necessary details.

• Pay by Check: When registering for an event, request an invoice, then mail a check to our lockbox at:

  Please include your invoice number or company name with your payment so we can apply it to the correct account.

Credit card payments will continue to be accepted, with the 3.5% fee applied at checkout.
