The Houston BOMA Leadership Lyceum program is designed for property and engineer managers with less than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry who are looking to grow as leaders. This program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of BOMA, the CRE industry, and key advocacy efforts. Through small-group discussions with CRE executives, local city officials, and members of the media, participants will expand their knowledge, strengthen their leadership skills, and build meaningful connections with peers. The Houston BOMA Foundation proudly supports the program, including its culminating Capstone project.
Applications for the 2027 program will open in late 2026.
