The Houston BOMA BAC PAC
The BOMA Advocacy Committee Political Action Committee (BAC PAC) enables our advocacy team to raise funds to support candidates for local and state office who understand and advocate for the commercial real estate industry.
Our Mission
1) To promote and strive for the improvement of government by encouraging and stimulating persons affiliated with the Houston BOMA to take a more active part in governmental affairs;
2) To encourage persons affiliated with the Houston BOMA to know and understand the nature and actions of the government, important political issues, and the records of the office holders and candidates; and
3) To do what is necessary or appropriate to attain these purposes.
We are a voluntary, nonprofit, unincorporated committee of individuals affiliated with the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (“Houston BOMA”) and are not associated with any political party. The BAC PAC is an independent and autonomous organization, and has no branches or subsidiary organizations.

Whether or not you are politically “active,” your contribution helps support candidates who understand the commercial real estate industry and are committed to addressing its challenges.
Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations and labor organizations are prohibited by law. Contributions are voluntary and subject to state law limits. Contributions are used for political purposes by the Houston BOMA BAC PAC.
