Nominations Now Open for Houston BOMA’s 2026 Annual Awards of Excellence
Houston BOMA is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Annual Awards of Excellence, recognizing the outstanding individuals who help shape and strengthen Houston’s commercial real estate industry.
Each year, these awards celebrate the professionals whose leadership, innovation, dedication, and service make a lasting impact on both their organizations and the Houston BOMA community. From property management and engineering to administration and allied services, the Annual Awards highlight excellence across all areas of the industry.
Houston BOMA members are encouraged to nominate colleagues, coworkers, vendors, team members, or themselves for consideration. Nominees must be employed by a Houston BOMA member company and have made a meaningful contribution to the association and industry throughout the year.

• Assistant Property Manager of the Year

• Committee Chair of the Year

• Eugene Barbles Lifetime Achievement Award (This award has a separate nomination process.)
