Houston BOMA Member Awarded BOMA Southwest Region’s Ferrell Hays Scholarship

Houston BOMA is proud to share that Isabel Rivera, CMCP, Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, has been selected as a 2026 recipient of the BOMA Southwest Region’s Ferrell Hays Scholarship. The Ferrell Hays Scholarship supports professional growth within the commercial real estate industry by helping a Southwest Region member attend the annual BOMA Southwest Regional Conference. The scholarship provides up to $1,000 in funding to assist with registration, travel, lodging, and food expenses.

As this year’s recipient, Rivera will attend the 2026 BOMA Southwest Region Conference, taking place April 8–10 in San Antonio, Texas, where she will participate in educational sessions, networking opportunities, and regional industry discussions. In addition to the financial support, scholarship recipients are recognized during the Southwest Region Board Meeting and Breakfast at the conference.

Scholarship recipients are expected to attend all educational sessions and actively engage in the conference experience, further strengthening leadership and professional development within the BOMA community.
