Houston BOMA Celebrates Excellence at the Annual Awards Extravaganza

Events & Programs,

Houston BOMA hosted its largest luncheon of the year at the Annual Awards Extravaganza, bringing together the commercial real estate community for an afternoon dedicated to recognition, connection, and celebration at the Marriott Marquis.

The event featured a lively networking hour, photos with Santa, door prizes, and a standout lunch before transitioning into a program that honored the people and organizations driving Houston BOMA forward. Attendees also supported the Houston Fire Department holiday toy drive by donating new, unwrapped toys for a chance to win a prize, reinforcing the association’s commitment to community impact.

During the program, Houston BOMA inducted the incoming officers and directors for the 2026 Board of Directors while recognizing outgoing 2025 Board members for their leadership and service. The association also inducted the incoming officers for the 2026 Houston BOMA Foundation Board of Trustees, recognized Annual Partners and Committee Chairs, and celebrated the Leadership Lyceum Class of 2025. The Houston BOMA Foundation awarded 30 scholarships, underscoring its continued investment in workforce development and future leaders. Houston BOMA also announced the 2025 Member of the Year Award recipients and the 2025–2026 Local TOBY Award winners. The program concluded with remarks from 2025 President Tiffany McSwain and incoming 2026 President Natali Juarbe.
