Houston BOMA’s Board of Directors and staff recently gathered in Dallas for the organization’s annual Board Retreat, setting the stage for the next chapter of growth and impact.

Throughout the retreat, leadership focused on developing a new five-year strategic plan, engaging in thoughtful discussions and collaborative goal setting to shape the future of the association. The planning process centered on strengthening member value, advancing industry leadership, and positioning Houston BOMA for continued success in an evolving commercial real estate landscape.

The retreat was led by 2026 President Natali Juarbe of Granite Properties, whose vision and leadership guided conversations and helped align priorities for the years ahead. Her direction continues to play a key role in driving the organization forward.

A highlight of the retreat included a joint cocktail hour with BOMA Greater Dallas, providing an opportunity to strengthen relationships and share insights between the two associations. This collaboration reinforced the importance of connection and knowledge sharing across the broader BOMA network.

With a clear roadmap in place, Houston BOMA moves forward with purpose and momentum, committed to supporting its members and advancing the commercial real estate industry in Houston and beyond.
