Professional Bio
I’ve spent more than 15 years in the industrial water treatment industry, building a career that spans hands-on service, sales, and executive leadership. My experience includes roles as a service technician, business development manager, sales leader, general manager, and regional vice president — giving me a practical, end-to-end understanding of how water systems operate and how organizations make decisions around them.
I’m known for a people-first leadership style grounded in discipline, clarity, and long-term thinking. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building trust, developing teams, and helping organizations strengthen fundamentals that lead to durable performance.
I’m deeply involved with the Association of Water Technologies (AWT), where I currently serve on the Board of Directors as President. Over the years, I’ve volunteered across multiple committees and task forces and was recognized as the CWT Spotlight in Analyst magazine in 2018.
I hold the Certified Water Technologist (CWT) designation, ASSE/IAPMO/ANSI 12080 certification in Legionella Water Safety & Management, and multiple state licenses, including:
• T1 Water Treatment Operator License (California)
• Qualified Applicator License (QAL, California)
• Water Treatment Specialist III (Texas)
I’m based in The Woodlands, Texas, where I live with my wife Patty and our three children. While my work is centered on advancing thoughtful, effective approaches to industrial water systems, my greatest priority is family — and staying grounded in what matters most.
