Aqualytix Industrial, Inc. provides independent cooling tower, closed loop, and boiler water treatment oversight for commercial properties across Houston.
We work directly with property management teams to reduce Legionella risk exposure, strengthen documentation, and improve chemical program performance — often without increasing operating spend.
Our focus is not simply chemical supply. We evaluate feed accuracy, corrosion and scale control, biological management, and program accountability to ensure systems are operating as intended and aligned with ownership expectations.
Founded by a Certified Water Technologist (CWT) and ASSE 12080 Legionella Risk Management professional — and current President of the Association of Water Technologies — Aqualytix brings both technical depth and industry leadership to every engagement.
