Houston's Building Engineers Shine at the 11th Annual Maintenance Olympics
Houston BOMA brought the heat, the competition, and the family fun at Fuller’s 15377 Memorial Drive campus during our 11th Annual Engineer All-Stars: Maintenance Olympics. This beloved tradition once again gathered building engineering teams from across Houston to battle it out in six high-energy challenges, all for the ultimate bragging rights and the coveted Golden Wrench. From blueprint puzzles to hands-on timed challenges, engineers showcased their technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and teamwork under pressure. The cheers were loud, the rivalry was friendly, and the competition was fierce as teams fought to earn the title of Best Maintenance Team in Houston.
In a special moment, Houston BOMA also presented a commemorative Golden Wrench to the family of Jose Hurtado of Fuller Realty. Jose, a member of last year’s winning team, made a meaningful impact on his colleagues and community. We were honored to celebrate his life and legacy with his family present.
