Applications Now Open for Houston BOMA Leadership Lyceum Class of 2027

Applications are now open Houston BOMA's Leadership Lyceum, a program designed for emerging building professionals with under 10 years of industry experience.

Supported by the Houston BOMA Foundation, Leadership Lyceum gives participants an inside look at Houston BOMA while helping them build the leadership skills needed to advance in commercial real estate. Through interactive sessions, participants connect directly with CRE executives and city leaders, gaining perspective that goes beyond the day-to-day of property management and building engineering.

The program's Capstone project rounds out the experience, giving participants the chance to apply what they've learned to a real, class-led initiative. Along the way, students network with peers across the industry and gain exposure to the kind of leadership opportunities that shape long-term careers in CRE.

Property managers and engineers with less than 10 years of experience and a genuine interest in growing their leadership skills are encouraged to apply. This is a competitive program, and space is limited.
