Today's property managers work hand-in-hand with asset managers and often serve as asset managers themselves. Asset Management will give you the capability to build value in real estate assets, providing confidence to investors, owners, and building tenants. You will become familiar with measuring financial performance and performing critical due diligence for acquiring and disposing of assets. You will also learn the unique challenges of handling troubled real estate- owned (REO) properties and how to select and oversee a property management firm.

Houston BOMA - BOMI Designation Course Policies:
• All fees must be paid at the time of registration by either check or credit card.
• A minimum of five registered students is necessary for the class. The class will be canceled if the minimum of five students is not met.
• Important Update about Coursebooks: As of February 2021, BOMI has made the decision that all students enrolled in BOMI classes will receive a digital course book (eBook) with their enrollment. To access the book, students will need to use an eReader on their computer, tablet, smartphone or other smart device.
• Order a Printed Book: For an additional $56 charge, students who wish to receive a physical book can add the item to their registration. The book will be available on the first day of the course.
• Students are responsible for scheduling their exam. BOMI will send an email with instructions approximately one week before the class begins.
