The Foundation helps fund Houston BOMA's important industry research efforts. Research programs include:

• Houston BOMA Compensation Study, a report on salary and compensation benefits for CRE professionals;
• Houston BOMA's Economic Impact Study, a report showcasing CRE's impact and contributions to Houston and Texas economies to stakeholders, local and state government, and created in partnership with the University of Houston Hobby School of Public Affairs;
• The BOMA Index, a set of easy-to-read guides on the industrial and office sectors, released every quarter, with key market metrics from Houston’s largest property management companies.
