Allied Professional

Allied Professional membership is available to service provider companies, with each company designating one Primary Allied Representative. To support strong networking opportunities, Houston BOMA maintains a ratio of one service provider member for every two property management members. At this time, there is no waiting list for service providers, and there are no restrictions on the number of companies within each service category.

Property Management Company

All Property Management companies that hold Building memberships with Houston BOMA are required to have Property Management Company Membership. Dues are calculated based on the Property Management Company's Houston portfolio size. 

Dues Per Company, Based on Portfolio Size

  • Over 1 Million Sq. Ft.: $2,070
  • 500k - 999,999 Sq. Ft.: $1,810
  • 250k - 499,999 Sq. Ft.: $1,240
  • 100k - 249,999 Sq. Ft.: $980
  • Less than 100k Sq. Ft.: $775

Building

Building Member dues are assessed for each building member based on their total square footage. This allows all property personnel within the building (Senior Property Manager, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Asset Manager, Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, and Property Administrator) to be included in Houston BOMA and BOMA International membership. Each Building membership allows for up to 10 property personnel members.

If you belong to another member category, such as Additional Allied, Industrial, Government, Facility, Nonprofit Organization, or Student, please contact us to apply for membership.
