I am the Owner and CEO at Dri-Tex Restoration, a property damage restoration firm I developed and built in Conroe, Texas, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm-related losses.
From the ground up, I have led the development of Dri-Tex’s operational systems, estimating standards, and carrier-compliant documentation processes to support efficient claim handling and consistent outcomes. I work directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, and referral partners to ensure losses are accurately scoped, properly documented, and executed in line with industry and carrier requirements.
I have managed hundreds of residential and commercial claims, including complex losses requiring detailed scope reconciliation, supplement support, and full reconstruction management. My focus is on reducing friction in the claims process through clear communication, accountability, and disciplined project execution.
I am currently focused on scaling Dri-Tex Restoration through strategic partnerships, internal process refinement, and team development, while maintaining carrier trust and service quality.
