Professional Bio
Blayne Schorr is the Director of Emerging Technology at CTS, where he leads the nationwide rollout of Fiber-to-the-Edge (FTTE), converged infrastructure, and RF solutions for CTS sales teams and commercial real estate (CRE) customers. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the wired and wireless infrastructure industry, Blayne has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and adoption of next-generation connectivity solutions.
Before joining CTS, Blayne served as Vice President and General Manager of one of the largest structured cabling companies in Texas, overseeing both sales and operations. He later transitioned into the wireless sector, becoming Vice President of Federal for Terabeam Wireless, where he specialized in millimeter wave (MMW) radio solutions for federal agencies.
For the past eight years, Blayne has focused on Fiber-to-the-Edge (FTTE) solutions, educating organizations on the benefits of converging IT and RF networks over a fiber-based infrastructure. His expertise has helped businesses enhance connectivity, efficiency, and scalability in their operations.
Outside of work, Blayne enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife, Kim, and doting on his two granddaughters, Pippa and Brooklyn.
