By holding a membership with Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (Houston BOMA), you agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and civility in all interactions. Members are expected to comply with all applicable anti-trust laws, avoiding discussions or activities that could lead to unfair competition or monopolistic practices. Additionally, respect for fellow members and staff is paramount; we commit to fostering an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and ethical conduct.
*Please note that our memberships run on a calendar year basis, from January 1 to December 31, and that all memberships require approval.
Allied Professional Company
Allied Professional membership is available to service provider companies, with each company able to designate up to 4 representatives.
Membership Dues
- Primary Member - $2,140
- 1st Additional Member - $1,280
- 2nd Additional Member - $1,035
- 3rd Additional Member - $825
To support strong networking opportunities, Houston BOMA maintains a ratio of one service provider member for every two property management members. At this time, there is no waiting list for service providers, and there are no restrictions on the number of companies within each service category.
Property Management Company
Property Management Company dues are calculated based on the Company's Houston portfolio size. Membership for two (2) individuals is included.
Per Company, Based on Portfolio Size
- Over 1 Million Sq. Ft. - $2,140
- 500k - 999,999 Sq. Ft. - $1,870
- 250k - 499,999 Sq. Ft. - $1,280
- 100k - 249,999 Sq. Ft. - $1,010
- Less than 100k Sq. Ft. - $800
Once a Property Management Company is a member, it may hold Building memberships. Building membership dues are calculated by multiplying the building's rentable square footage by $0.00428. Each building membership includes membership for ten (10) individuals.

Facility
Limited to managers of corporate buildings that are owned, managed, and operated by a single entity. Facility members may join for $800.
Industrial
Limited to managers of industrial buildings and operations spaces, including manufacturing facilities with tenants, with portfolios of up to 4 million square feet. Industrial members can join for $480.
Government
Limited to government facility professionals. Government members may join for a fee of $800.
Real Estate Affiliate
Limited to commercial real estate professionals outside of property management and engineering, such as building owners, commercial brokers, accountants, and/or construction managers. Real Estate Affiliate members may join for $800.
Student
Limited to students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree and have an active school-issued e-mail address. You are not eligible for a student membership if you have already entered the workforce as a full-time employee. Students may join at no cost once approved.
