By holding a membership with Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (Houston BOMA), you agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and civility in all interactions. Members are expected to comply with all applicable anti-trust laws, avoiding discussions or activities that could lead to unfair competition or monopolistic practices. Additionally, respect for fellow members and staff is paramount; we commit to fostering an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and ethical conduct.
*Please note that Houston BOMA membership runs on a calendar year basis from January 1 to December 31.
Property Management Company
Property Management Company dues are calculated based on the Company's Houston portfolio size.
Per Company, Based on Portfolio Size
- Over 1 Million Sq. Ft. - $2,070
- 500k - 999,999 Sq. Ft. - $1,810
- 250k - 499,999 Sq. Ft. - $1,240
- 100k - 249,999 Sq. Ft. - $980
- Less than 100k Sq. Ft. - $775
Once a property management company is a member, it may hold Building Memberships. Building Membership dues are calculated based on the building's rentable square footage multiplied by $0.00414.

Allied Professional Company
Allied Professional membership is available to service provider companies, with each company able to designate up to 4 representatives.
Membership Dues
- Primary Member - $2,070
- 1st Additional Member - $1,240
- 2nd Additional Member - $1,000
- 3rd Additional Member - $800
To support strong networking opportunities, Houston BOMA maintains a ratio of one service provider member for every two property management members. At this time, there is no waiting list for service providers, and there are no restrictions on the number of companies within each service category.
