An Inside Look at Houston BOMA’s Leadership Lyceum Class of 2026

Houston BOMA’s Leadership Lyceum is actively engaging in a comprehensive program designed to shape the next generation of commercial real estate leaders.
Produced and funded by the Houston BOMA Foundation, the Leadership Lyceum Program provides participants with a deeper understanding of BOMA, its governance, and the broader industry, while strengthening leadership skills through hands-on learning and direct engagement with industry leaders and elected officials.
Throughout the program, participants take part in structured sessions covering topics such as advocacy, governance, professional development, and industry best practices. From attending a Houston City Council session to learning from TOBY Award winners and senior leaders, the experience offers real-world exposure that goes beyond the classroom.
The class will also collaborate on a Capstone project that benefits both the industry and the community, reinforcing the program’s focus on leadership in action. Upon completion, participants will be recognized at Houston BOMA’s Annual Awards and in the organization’s Annual Report.
With each session, the Leadership Lyceum Class of 2026 continues to grow as a connected, informed, and impactful group of future leaders.
