Parking validations will be provided for attendees using the Avenida North Garage (701 Avenida de las Americas) and the Tundra Garage (1515 Jackson Street). Click here for a parking map.
Upon entering the garage, pull a ticket at the gate and bring it with you to the Expo. Find the Parking Validation station at the show entrance and insert your ticket into the machine to receive a parking validation.
We will be located in Hall E. From the Avenida North Garage, you can take the sky bridge to the convention center and head to the first floor. If you use the Tundra Garage, please be aware of street closures in the area.
- Exhibitors may also hold their own prize drawings and giveaways. Don't forget to bring lots of business cards!
- Snacks and light bites are complimentary and served throughout the show in the Lounge. Each attendee will also receive 2 complimentary drink tickets to use at the bars for soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Additional drinks will be available for purchase at each bar (credit card only). The four bars are located in each corner of the Expo hall. Exhibitors may also provide food and beverages.
- Attire is business professional. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to walk the aisles.

Pick up a Passport Book at registration. Inside, you will find a list of participating booths and a map. Visit each booth in the Passport. The exhibitor will scan your QR code on your name badge, then provide a "stamp" on your passport.
When your passport has at least 15 stamps, turn it in at the stage, and you'll be entered into our drawing for one of ten amazing prizes. Winners will be announced at 6:30 pm, and you must be present to win!
Attendee registration is reserved for Property Management Personnel and Building Engineers. Online registration is highly recommended! Register online here.
When you register online, you will receive a confirmation email and barcode. Upon arrival, present your barcode at an Express registration station for a quick, easy check-in.
Registration will be available on-site with a business card and your ID. These items are required for on-site registration to verify your property management employment.
Allied Professionals and Service Providers may ONLY attend as a show if exhibiting. Exhibitors can register booth staff here.
