Houston BOMA's official Expo app, Whova, is a free and convenient way to connect with attendees, showcase your booth, collect leads, view a map of the show floor, participate in the Passport Contest to win amazing prizes, chat with other attendees, and more.

Exhibitors can retrieve attendee contact information from the attendee QR codes scanned during the show by following these instructions:
- Open the Whova app, and click “Collect Leads/Contacts” under Exhibitor Hub on the Home screen. Click “Export” in the top right corner. A pop-up will prompt you to send a lead export link to your email. Click Send. You will receive an email from support@whova.com with a link to download an Excel spreadsheet of your leads. (Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not receive it.)
- The lead booth contact will receive a list of all leads scanned by anyone working at the booth. All other booth staff will get a list of the leads that they each personally scanned.
- Download your leads list by July 31, 2025. Access to the app, and your leads list, ends July 31, 2025.
