BOMA BAC PAC Contribution

The BOMA Advocacy Committee Political Action Committee (BAC PAC) empowers Houston BOMA’s advocacy efforts by raising funds to support state and local candidates who understand and champion commercial real estate issues. Contributions from industry professionals help ensure we can support public officials who demonstrate leadership and a commitment to our industry’s priorities.

Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations and labor organizations are prohibited by law. Contributions are voluntary and subject to state law limits. Contributions are used for political purposes by the Houston BOMA BAC PAC.
