2024 Houston BOMA Expo Booth and Sponsorship Pricing

Booths and Upgrade Packages

All sponsorships will be available for purchase in our Looking Cube registration portal during your registration time.

Standard 10x10 Booth - $1,750 for Members; $2,750 for Non-members

10x10 booth with 8-foot-high back wall drapery with 3-foot-high side panel draperies.

Includes:

- A company identification sign (7” x 44”), a 6-foot draped table, and two chairs
- 2 passes for company representatives

Silver Sponsor 10x20 Booth - $4,550 for Members; $5,550 for Non-members

10x20 booth in a prime location, with company recognition as a Silver Sponsor throughout the Expo.

Includes:

- Your logo on our website, Expo Entrance Arch, and BOMA electronic signage
- A company identification sign (7” x 44”), a 6-foot draped table, and two chairs
- 4 passes for company representatives

Gold Sponsor 20x20 Booth - $6,550 for Members; $8,550 for Non-members

20x20 island booth in a prime location, with company recognition as a Gold Sponsor throughout the Expo.

Includes:

- Your logo on our website, Expo Entrance Arch, and BOMA electronic signage
- A company identification sign (7” x 44”), a 6-foot draped table, and two chairs
- 6 passes for company representatives

Passport Contest/Maximizer Booth Add-On - $1,000 (formerly called the Treasure Hunt)

Choose this booth add-on to participate in the Expo Passport Contest. Your company's booth will be marked on our Expo map as a participating location. When you scan a visitor's barcode using our app, they will receive a stamp in their virtual passport for a chance to win prizes, and you will get their contact information. It's a great way to generate more foot traffic and leads!

Registration Sponsorship - $5,000

Prominent signage with logo displayed at registration
Company logo on all attendee name badges
Company logo will be displayed on/in: Website, Expo Entrance Arch, and BOMA electronic signage

Lounge/Food Sponsorship - $5,000

Ability to have a marketing table set up in the lounge area to pass out marketing material
Ability to design and bring in furniture for the attendee lounge (must be approved by Houston BOMA)
Prominent signage with logo displayed in the lounge area
Company Logo will be displayed on/in: Website, Expo Entrance Arch, and BOMA electronic signage

App Sponsor - $3,000
