Expo Attendee Information
Expo Location and Schedule
The Expo will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (CDT) at George R. Brown Convention Center, Hall D (1001 Avenida De Las Americas Houston, TX 77010-6035).
Registration
The show is FREE for property management personnel (property managers, administrators, and building engineers.) Note: Vendors and service providers may NOT attend the show unless they are exhibiting.
Online registration is now closed. Please visit on-site registration to sign up!
On-site property manager/building engineer registration requires a business card as proof of employment as a property manager or building engineer.
Vendors and service providers may NOT attend the show unless they are exhibiting at the show.
Parking and Directions
Free parking is provided in Avenida South Garage, located at 1710 Polk Street. Click here for a parking map. Pull a ticket at the gate and bring it with you to the registration desk to receive a parking validation.
From the parking garage, you can take the sky bridge to the convention center and head to the first floor. We will be located in Hall D.

Passport Contest
It's easier than ever to win our amazing Expo prizes! Download the app and click on the Passport button on the home screen. There, you will see a list of participating booths. Visit each booth and have the exhibitor scan your QR code (located on your badge and in the app) to get a stamp on your passport.
When you've visited every booth, you'll be automatically entered to win prizes, which include a Dyson Airwrap, Portable Generator, Beis Luggage Set, Milwaukee Tool Storage System, Yeti Cooler, Total Wine Gift Card, Milk & Honey Spa Package, and more! Winners will be announced at 6:30 pm.

Join us in making a difference at this year’s Houston BOMA EXPO by supporting our Blessing Baskets Drive for The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc. We’re collecting essential household items to help individuals and families transitioning out of shelter and into new homes. You can donate items like laundry baskets, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, bath accessories, bedding, or inflatable mattresses. Every donation helps—we will be arranging the baskets at the EXPO. The attire is business casual or professional. Make sure you're comfortable and ready to walk the aisles. Don't forget your business cards for networking and exhibitor booth drawings!
