Attention Property Managers and Engineers: Join Us for a Business Exchange to Connect with Vendors and Support Our BAC PAC.
We're looking for volunteers to attend our next Business Exchange! Property managers, engineers, and decision makers at your property are invited to join us on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Amegy Tower, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm for speed networking and refreshments to benefit our BAC PAC.
What is Business Exchange? It’s like speed dating for new vendors! Each property manager or engineer will spend five minutes meeting with each allied member to learn about their products and services. It's a convenient, easy way to connect with current providers and meet new vendors quickly in professional, controlled environment. Afterwards, we'll enjoy refreshments and networking with colleagues!
Your attendance at the event is critical to making sure our event is successful, and your participation will support our BAC PAC and ensure that our public policy efforts remain strong. It's completely free for property managers, engineers, and decision-makers at your property, so sign up now!

Due to high demand and a limited number of spots, we are opening a waitlist on Wednesday January 15, 2025, at 9:00 am for those interested in participating.
At 9:00 am on January 15, a waiting list ticket will become available when you click the "Register Now" button. Choose this ticket and proceed through registration to be added to the waiting list.
After spots reserved for our Annual Partners have been filled, any open spots to this event will be offered to those on the waiting list in registration order (first come, first served). The waitlist will also be used to fill spots in the event of a cancellation.
How does it work?
Service providers will be seated at tables and property managers and engineers will rotate around the room, spending five minutes visiting with each service provider. This allows management to quickly learn about the latest industry-related products and services in a professional, controlled environment, while suppliers get to visit a large number of customers within a two-hour period. You are welcome and encouraged to bring literature, business cards, handouts and other promotional materials to hand out. Refreshments will be served following the Business Exchange.
What's the cost to attend for Allied Professionals?
The cost to attend is $600 per Allied Professional company (includes two company representative tickets.) You may purchase an additional company representative ticket for $300. Proceeds benefit the BAC PAC, so your attendance at the event will help ensure that our public policy efforts remain strong, and that Houston BOMA’s influence continues to grow throughout the greater Houston area and the State.
What should I bring?
Allied professionals are encouraged to promotional materials, brochures, and giveaways. Please keep in mind that property managers will be moving around the room, so all items must be kept at your table (no displays or large items). Most of our attendees are property managers, but we may also have chief engineers or assistant chief engineers in attendance.
