Describe Your Ideal Job:

I am looking for a position that not only utilizes my skills but affords me the opportunity to stay involved in overall management of fiscal responsibilty and tenant/vendor relationships associated with the property.

Experience:

Perform all standard accounting functions and YE functions associated with the operation of commerical, retail, mall, and medical properties.
Financial

§         Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple properties and joint venture owners.

§         Review G/L, reconcile, prepared month-end accruals and journal entries.

§         Create annual operating and capital budgets totaling $15-20M, and annual escalation budget information and CAM reconciliation billings to tenants for a 1MM sf office building.

§         Develop quarterly budget forecast reporting; validating all cash flow and providing variance explanations between the current and previous forecasts.

§         Enter and bill monthly percentage sales for retail tenants and invoice for annual breakpoint sales.

§         Prepare funding analysis and requested owner funding for disbursements and wire transfers.

§         Establish and maintained reconciliation schedules of balance sheet accounts and inter-company       allocations for 30 branch offices.

§         Reconcile bank statements for disbursement and depository accounts.

§         Review and enter new lease billing information and escalation profiles into property database

§         Participate in conversion of and ensure smooth interface of MRI to JD Edwards’ software system.

§         Research and resolved cash exceptions, SF reconciliations, occupancy summary, and rent roll.

§         Assist controller with contract compliance projects and assisted in the quarterly preparation and analysis of various work papers that support the financial statements for the company and special projects.

§         Prepare Payroll (salaried & union) with related quarterly and annual tax returns.

§         Prepare annual Corporate income and Franchise tax returns for management company.
