On behalf of the Houston BOMA TOBY Committee, we hope you will consider entering one of your properties to compete in the upcoming 2008/2009 TOBY Awards program. The categories for entry are as follows:

Under 100,000 Square Feet

100,000-249,999 Square Feet

250,000-499,999 Square Feet

500,000-1 Million Square Feet

Over 1 Million Square Feet

Renovated Building

Historical Building

Corporate Facility

Medical Office Building

Government Building

Suburban Office Park, Low Rise

Suburban Office Park, Mid-Rise

Industrial Office Park

Earth Award

A TOBY workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Suite 1245 at San Felipe Plaza. The workshop will start at 3:00 p.m. and last for approximately 60-90 minutes. Please join us or feel free to contact Melissa Badillo at the BOMA office (713-266-5691) with any questions about TOBY.

This workshop is for anyone who might be interested in entering their building into this year's TOBY & Earth Awards competition.
